Writers festival

       On October the 23rd 2016, I choose to go to the writers festival at Granville island. As you know I'm not one of those student that loves English and like to participate in everything but it turned out to be quite interesting for me.
       The festival was hosted in a studio. The studio was dark and very warm. There was five people on stage and as I remember I believe two of them were high school student that was around my age. They did write good poems and short stories and they present it very clearly.
       One of the girl had a short story I enjoyed the most, it was about her and her grandpa, this story is enjoyable because it reminded me and my grandpa of how he always tells story to me. About how good or how bad he was when he was my age. I like the way they read it with emotions and confident, but I really dislike how all we just sat there and listened. It gets quite boring afterwards.
       As we proceed through the presentation I got boated and started looking around but I didn't really know what I was looking at, around the end of the festival I realized that we had to write a blog about it. At first I was scared because I didn't listen around the end, but I was listening when the festival started.
       After all I did enjoy the festival although it got boring for me, this is actually a festival that made me listen so I was very surprised.

I ate lunch with Coco

 On Sunday around 1 o'clock, I had my lunch with Coco at Biercraft. I ordered Biercraft breakfast (even know its afternoon already) and Coco ordered Biercraft waffle. Coco told me that the Biercraft waffle is very good so I took a little bite out of the waffle and soon abandoned what I ordered. It was delicious. Coco finished her waffle very quickly, but she was still hungry. As result, she ordered Normande mussel with bread basket. I didn't like it, because I don't like the taste of mussels, but she appears to love it. All around the food was delicious :) .
